Emilie Reeve

As CEO of Kontiki Winds, Emilie is responsible for the development and execution of the company’s strategy and overall management of the company. Emilie aims to support the Kontiki Winds team in realizing the company’s business ambitions while creating an empowering working environment.


Emilie has worked at the cutting edge of offshore wind for over a decade and has a wealth of experience in the global offshore wind market. Predominantly she has advised various government ministries, offshore wind developers and development banks on their strategies for developing, accelerating and entering existing and emerging offshore wind markets.


With achievements including being Technical Director to The Crown Estate for offshore wind Round 4 lease, Technical lead to METI on Japanese offshore wind Round 1 lease, and advised The World Bank and Colombian Ministry of Energy on developing an offshore wind industry.

Emilie also holds a strong track record in offshore wind technology R&D, supporting the commercialization of innovative technology aimed at reducing the levelized cost of energy (LCOE) for offshore wind.


Emilie has a Master of Science (MSc) in Marine Ecology and Environmental Management from Queen Mary University London, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Marine Biology from University of Aberdeen. She is also a Certified Expert in Climate and Renewable Energy Finance via The Frankfurt School of Finance and Management.

VP Commercial and Business Development

Ole Sanne

As VP Commercial and Business Development, Ole is responsible for providing leadership on commercial matters, including corporate strategy, contracts and risk management, partnering closely with the rest of the management team, whilst also leading Kontiki Winds business development effort.

With more than twenty-five years’ experience in the energy business, Ole has held various positions with a focus on finance and commercial. He co-founded Ocean Installer back in 2011 where he held the role of Chief Financial Officer and later moving into the position of Chief Commercial Officer. In 2019 Ole led Ocean Installer’s development of a renewable energy business line with a focus on offshore wind energy.

Prior to founding Ocean Installer, Ole was the Finance Director at Subsea7. Ole started his career as a project accountant at Brown and Root.

Ole holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from Norway, and a Bachelor of Finance degree in Corporate Finance from University of Oregon, US.

VP Offshore Wind Electrification

Eyvin Svendsen

As VP Offshore Wind Electrification, Eyvin Svendsen leads Kontiki Winds’ electrification effort which sets its goal on replacing as much power as possible generated by fossil fuel with clean renewable power.

Eyvin has been with Havfram since the company was founded in 2011 as Ocean Installer. He has held a wide range of positions from Lead Installation Engineer to Commercial Proposal Manager. After leading the effort to secure Balder X-project in 2019, Eyvin has combined his role as commercial proposal manager with key strategic efforts within Havfram. He was an integral part of the effort to establish the Offshore Wind Installation division as well as Project Manager for the Utsira Nord Floating Offshore Wind Development License application.

Eyvin holds a Master of Mechanical Engineering (MEng) degree and a Master of Engineering in product development from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.

VP Offshore Wind Development

Rick Campell

As VP Offshore Wind Development, Rick leads Kontiki Winds’ commercial scale offshore wind development activities. Rick is responsible for defining the strategy and approach for offshore wind development projects; seeking out new opportunities for Kontiki Winds; and leading engagement with stakeholders and project partners.

Before joining Kontiki Winds Rick was Head of Offshore Markets at Natural Power where he had overall responsibility for establishing the company’s strategy for growing its global offshore wind business across the project life cycle. The role comprised both internal and client facing activities, and during this time Rick led several strategic contracts including coordination of several ScotWind tender applications on behalf of clients; technical due diligence for project transactions; and preparing market assessment and reviews.

Prior to Natural Power Rick was part of ScottishPower Renewables offshore wind development team, working across mulitple offshore wind projects in development and constructions stages. Rick held several roles during this time, including Head of Land and Stakeholder Engagement across the East Anglia portfolio, Consent Compliance Lead for the East Anglia ONE and East Anglia THREE projects, and part of the project development team for the East Anglia THREE project from scoping stage to post-consent.

Rick has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mathematics with Statistics from the University of York and an MBA from the University of the Highlands and Islands.

Operations Director

Sarah Wood

As Operations Director at Kontiki Winds, Sarah Wood is responsible for overseeing all business operations of the company strategy.

With considerable experience in operations management, Sarah has extensive knowledge of the renewables sector, successfully streamlining operations and processes, improving standards of performance, and increasing productivity.

Prior to joining Kontiki, Sarah was instrumental in the setup and growth of a successful global renewable energy consultancy business. The business was acquired in 2021, and Sarah led on certain aspects of the due diligence effort and managed the integration post acquisition.

VP Digitalisation

Sofia Antunes

As Vice President for Digitalisation, Sofia is responsible for the co-creation and implementation of digitalisation and innovative digital technology across all Kontiki Winds offshore wind development activities.

With more than seventeen years’ experience from the energy sector, Sofia has held various positions in the industry, ranging from project management to corporate roles in leading energy companies in Norway. More recently Sofia worked, in food tech and cleantech start-ups based in Switzerland supporting founders in developing innovation strategies into new products and services.

Sofia holds a Master of Mechanical Engineering (MEng) degree from Aberdeen University and an Executive MBA from IMD Lausanne.

Technical Director

Ken Nilsson

As Technical Director, Ken Nilsson leads and manages the technical group within Kontiki Winds supporting all business lines and projects.

Ken has over 25 years’ experience in the energy business, most recently as Technical Director in Ocean Installer/Havfram. In his role as Technical Director, Ken has led on several new business initiatives, including the transition into offshore wind energy. Ken has extensive experience from various positions and performed a large variety of senior technical functions from Engineering Manager of a major EPCI contract to R&D work.

Ken holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Ocean Technology from DTU and a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from CBS.

Technical Director Deputy

Sten Magne Eng Jakobsen

As Technical Director Deputy, Sten Magne leads Kontiki Winds’ floating offshore wind initiatives.

Sten Magne has been part of Havfram since 2012 where he has held various roles with a focus on operations and commercial. In recent years Sten Magne’s role has have been a gradual transition into renewable energy and the energy transition. Sten Magne has overseen numerous successful bids and studies and is currently project manager on the Utsira Nord Floating wind license project.

Sten Magne holds a Master of Science degree in offshore technology from UIS with specialization in marine operations and mechatronics.

Senior Manager Electrification

Felipe Nunes

As Senior Manager for Electification, Felipe Nunes is responsible for providing technical expertise in subsea solutions, electricals and installation.

Felipe has several years’ experience in subsea control systems and has been part of Havfram since 2014. Since joining Havfram Felipe has been the technical lead on the offshore installation for SURF and T&I. Since 2022, Felipe has focused on technical solutions for offshore wind with a focus on floating offshore wind and supporting Kontiki Winds’ ambitions in electrification and large-scale offshore wind farm development.

Felipe holds a Bachelor of Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Development Manager, Offshore Wind

Chris Clement-Jones

As Development Manager for Offshore wind, Chris Clement-Jones is responsible for leading and executing the strategy for commercial-scale offshore wind project development.

Chris has spent the last 6 years working in a technical advisory capacity on significant offshore wind projects (exceeding €2bn) on behalf of developers, investors, and lenders. Working in both established and emerging markets he supported some of the first commercial scale developments in Taiwan reach financial close.

His main expertise are in technical and commercial business case build up and he has supported projects in developing and assessing pre and post FID business case assumptions.

Prior to working in the offshore wind industry, Chris was a mechanical package engineer in the Oil & Gas industry where he spent three years delivering Owner’s Engineer work on behalf of operators in the North Sea.

Chris holds a Master of Mechanical Engineering (MEng) degree (with distinction) from the University of Strathclyde.

Offshore Wind Development Analyst

Ingrid Kjennerud

As an Offshore Wind Development Analyst in Kontiki Winds, Ingrid Kjennerud is responsible for analyzing and advising on policy matters, government affairs and development regulation in various markets with regards to offshore wind. Additionally, she is responsible for leading Kontiki Winds’ market intelligence activity and assisting on strategy development across the business segments of offshore wind development, electrification, and digitalisation.

Ingrid holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) in International Business and Politics from Copenhagen Business School.
